“Products Specialist”<\/strong><\/p>

Job Responsibilities<\/strong><\/p>

1. Business Development & Market Expansion
Develop assigned territory, identify business opportunities, expand market coverage and contribute to sustainable sales growth through effective territory planning.<\/p>

2. Ethical Sales & Promotion
Promote company products to healthcare professionals through scientifically sound, ethical and compliant communication while achieving assigned sales objectives.<\/p>

3. Customer Relationship Management
Build and maintain professional relationships with doctors, healthcare professionals, pharmacies, distributors and other relevant stakeholders.<\/p>

4. Market Intelligence & Reporting
Collect and analyze market information, competitor activities, customer feedback and product-related insights, and submit accurate reports within the required timeline.<\/p>

5. Compliance, Performance & Continuous Improvement
Ensure all activities follow company policies, applicable regulatory requirements and ethical standards while continuously improving product knowledge, professional skills and overall performance.<\/p>

Educational Qualification :<\/strong><\/p>

– Bachelor\u2019s\/Master\u2019s degree in Pharmacy, Life Sciences, Business Administration or relevant discipline.
– Candidates with strong academic and professional backgrounds will be preferred.<\/p>

Experience :<\/strong><\/p>

– Freshers may apply.
– Relevant experience in pharmaceutical sales\/marketing will be an advantage.<\/p>

Required Skills :<\/strong><\/p>

– Strong communication and interpersonal skills
– Good presentation and negotiation ability
– Sound knowledge of pharmaceutical products
– Positive attitude and willingness to learn
– Target-oriented and self-motivated
